Mr. Easterbrook joins Structure Law Group from Silicon Valley Law Group in San Jose. Prior to becoming an lawyer, Mr. Easterbrook worked for Wells Fargo Bank in industrial asset based lending and management positions, and he has given that represented quite a few industrial banks and parties dealing with debt financing problems.
