In 1992, following graduating from medical school, Andrew Nabokov began functioning as trauma surgeon at the distinct hospitals in Ukraine. Having eight years of encounter in emergency trauma, the author was able to see the positive aspects and disadvantages of the Health Care System in the country in all its aspects. Considering that 1998, also bargains with the issues of informatisation of emergency medicine. Considering that 2000, he was involved in the improvement and testing of health-related and other application. He is also the author of the book “Modern day osteosynthesis.” He is the administrator of the Net forum on the reform of healthcare and private medicine in Ukraine and in the Globe.
